During my stint at Ogilvy, I was the Copy Controller on the Vodafone Business Services account. This included writing emailers, banners, website content, campaign headlines, case studies (web & video), product explainer videos and the odd social media post.
We worked with strict branding guidelines, until the new branding guidelines were introduced and it got even stricter. By design, every collateral was supposed to look the same, so it was up to the copy to make every piece feel unique.
